Berry Rich Christmas!

Spent a nice and enjoyable Christmas day with my buddies, Rich Friend and Jas at Rich Friend's house. Rich Friend cooked us a perfectly nice cosy meal. We had Roast Pepper with Mascarpone Cheese Soup for starters. The taste was heavenly and first time I tasted this soup. Then she grilled the breast meat chicken which turned out to be so tender and fragrant with her secret recipe. We also had Portobello Mushroom with stuffed tomato and mushroom with mozarella cheese on top. In addition potato salad with yoghurt instead of mayonnaise, sprinkled with roasted bacon, as well as greens for salad. For the side she also baked pastries stuffed with sauteed mushrooms. Very yummy. We ordered the blackforest cake from Charles and had it with coffee during tea time. We chatted, cooked, played with Muffy her dog, and watched DVD, ate and drank and chatted and lazed around. Turned out to be a pretty nice quiet Christmas.
