I stand by it

Starting yesterday, I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar. I was advised to do so. I take a teaspoon each before meal 3 times a day. It is supposedly good for my energy as well as other health benefits. Although the first taste was really acidic and sour, I soon got used to it and it was quite nice actually after a while. Some people mix it with honey in water.

Apple cider vinegar that is clear and sparkling, does not contain all the health benefits compared to the real one, which is a little murky looking, like this brand which I got - Bragg Organics Apple Cider Vinegar.

The real apple cider vinegar is not a clear liquid, but has an organic and unfiltered vinegar and has got a brownish tinge to it. There is a little cobweb-like substance floating in it. This is known as "mother", and means this is of good quality with all the nutrients and health giving properties intact.

What are the health benefits?

Apple cider vinegar is made from fresh ripe apples that are fermented and undergo a stringent process to create the final product. The vinegar contains a host of vitamins, beta-carotene, pectin and vital minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, chlorine, sulphur, iron, and fluorine.
