We had the Teochew sliced pomfret fish soup with Szechuan vegetables and rice. The soup stock was amazingly tasty with the fresh fish. The few slices of Szechuan vegetables gave the fish soup the extra oomph!
Another dish we ordered was the braised duck wings here. The duck was braised till the sauce has permeated to the bones and the flesh just slipped off the bone easily. The meat was very tender and shiok and addictive. Teochew braised duck wings / feet is one of my mom's favourite.
