Frus-cination

You would have succeeded if you manage to make yourself feel "fascinated" over irritating situations or people, instead of feeling "frustrated" all the time.

Lesson:
Every thought is a mental ripple, which can radiate into sonic waves of speech, which can manifest into physical forces of actions. Whether you know it or not, whether you like it or not, everything you do sends ripples, readily detectable or not, into the world out there, as it reverberates within.

Sometimes, it's not even a matter of what you say or do, but how you say or do it. What waves do you exude? Are they vibrations of calmness, generosity, loving-kindness and wisdom? Or are they otherwise? What effects do they have on yourself and those around you? With increased mindfulness, may we always be pure sources of goodness - as we send positive ripples which meet others' ripples - be they positive or not so. If not, how else can we ever make the world a better place? It has to start from the humblest ripples - from your best of intentions.
