I remember I used to like to snack on these when I was a kid. This is one of the traditional biscuit snack in Singapore in the older days. The biscuit is bite-size button shape with the colourful hard icy sugar on top. It's a little too sweet the sugar top but it brings back memories when we used to snack on this when we were kids. Now my niece and nephew also like them. Khong Guan Biscuits has already made these in small packs. And they call them Fancy Gems. Hence the tradition continues....
