We wonder why recently when we took photos of nephew, he always looked grim and grouchy with his mouth firmly shut, unlike his usual wide-grin smile. Then we discovered... it's because 5 of his teeth have dropped at about the same time. So now he is as bo-gay (toothless) as an old man!
