That day, Rich Friend wanted to have her coffee fix at Dome, as she has some vouchers. So we went there. I saw from the menu they actually have Ginger Latte. I ordered that as it was something new to me, and I liked it. Reminds me of our Teh Halia (our local ginger tea). The Dome's Ginger Latte was foamy and thick with the faint taste of ginger, making the milky coffee a little bitter. And I didn't mind bitter. We believe the ginger can help remove the "wind" in our internal body system . If the Dome's Ginger Latte is done the same way as our coffeeshop in making the Teh Halia, I think my Ginger Latte would have been even more foamy, because of the "tarik" (pulling action). Haha!
that my friend, is call "packaging".
