Was passing by this block of flats and I saw clothes and undies and bras were all being hanged right outside the occupant's living room's and bedroom's windows. Although the private stuff was "inside" the house, but they were in full frontal view of many from outside the windows. Would you flaunt your undies and bras so explicitly, just to catch some sunlight?
