Furry Pets Connection - Everything under one roof

Hey doggy lovers, there is a new place in town for your pets! My friend was elated to find this doggy cafe-grooming-snacks place at Guillemard Village, where the former Badminton Hall used to be. It is called Furry Pets, Singapore's first ever one-stop shop for pets (pet shop + pet cafe + pet grooming + sale of puppies). They were just officially opened on 8 August 2010.

Many of you staying in the East may be familiar with Furry Pets, which used to have a shop in Katong and they have their faithful followers. Well, they have moved here, with bigger space. Here is the brightly decorated doggy cafe where pet lovers can bring their doggies for a meal or just hang out with friends and fellow doggies.

Sofas with cushions, tables and chairs, as well as shelves of pets goodies adorned the Cafe. They serve some delicious snacks and food for doggies and humans as well. This little Shih Tzu is my friend's doggy Muffy.

Over at the groomer's area, here is the man himself, Tony Lim, who is the owner of Furry Pets. He, together with his team of staff, and equipment and machines ensure pets are bathed, cleaned, and groomed properly with lots of TLC, while you can hang around at the cafe or the pet shop. Muffy was there for a basic grooming session.

A sizable stock of pets items are available on display all around the shop and cafe. I heard the cafe is so popular that they are already fully booked the entire month for doggy functions and parties.

Even if you do not have time to bring your doggy to dine in Furry Pets, you can drop by to buy their delectable snacks and treats for your pet. See these pretty doggy cakes, each selling for $15.

There is a wide variety of snacks you can indulge your pets with; bread, cookies, pizzas, muffins, pies, donuts, cheese sticks...etc..

And here responsible for these delicious snacks is friendly and jovial Jackie, owner of US Doggie Bakery, which was formerly located in Katong too. For special order of doggy snacks, or tingkat or home delivery, you can contact Jackie at 63464715.

These were the bread sticks that Muffy was munching on. It was so delish that he finished the entire plate within a few minutes, while we were sipping latte and strawberry tea.

Here is Muffy making himself very at home in Furry Pets. He even made new friends like Ruffles and Puffy.

This will definitely not be the last time we bring Muffy to this new place to hang out and to make new friends. This is not an advertorial by the way. We are just sharing the news. See you there!
