Yaki Yaki Bo Teppanyaki

On a weekday night, I was with a friend in NEX for late dinner.  She suggested Yaki Yaki Bo Teppanyaki in Shokutsu 10.  Thanks to her for the nice treat and chit chat. I enjoyed myself very much, thank you! :D

Here was my seafood teppanyaki dinner set.  The dinner set was beautiful and value for money. We were so full we had to forgo our original plan of having dessert after dinner.

The salad.  I've always like fresh salad ala Japanese style - tangy crunchy goodness.

I'm not a fan of tau-gay (beansprouts) especially in soup. However, beansprouts in Teppanyaki style, I'm still ok. Here, beansprouts stir fried with dou miao and tiny strips of carrots was crunchy and delicious.

Here's the main side of this seafood dinner. There were big prawns, squid and scallops. I love scallops! The piping peppery seafood turned warm by the time we really started eating, because we were too busy taking photos.

A generous dish of broiled Salmon in addictive teriyaki sauce.

Chawanmushi inside a huge half onion skin looked cute, but tasted so-so, not particularly smooth. We ended a nice dinner with slices of cut orange.

In fact, give me just a small bowl of Tamago rice or garlic rice, with a plate of stir fried garlic scallops anytime, and together with wonderful company, I will be equally, blissfully happy.
