Finally Fann and Christopher got married yesterday in a very simple civil ceremony attended by only family and close friends. The tea ceremony and elaborate dinner reception would only be held in September. According to Chinese customs, they had to register their marriage within 100 days upon the death of Christopher's father who passed away in February.
Said the couple's very best friend David Gan: "Fann is truly blessed - she may not be marrying into 'hao men' (wealthy family), but she's marrying a man who loves her so much that he'll definitely make her happy".
Fann is a simple person. She is not as flippant or materialistic as what the media has hyped her up to be. Heartiest congrats to Fann and Chris, my very best wishes.
