Had some overnight leftovers of 2 dishes ; cabbage with carrots and beancurd sticks, and minced pork luffa gourd omelette. So I had lots of ingredients for my instant noodles - my favourite Tokyu Shoyu flavour from Chu Quan Yi Ding brand. I added strips of ham as well as an egg to enhance the flavour of the soup stock. Then I topped it with seaweed. Awesomest and cheapest noodles is ready!!
