The light from far away Japan

A couple of months ago, I received by whatsapp a photo and message from a friend who was in Japan. Had wanted to post this earlier but forgotten about it. 

The message was: "Hi, today offered on behalf of you a candle in Kyoto's Sanjusangendo temple with 1001 Kannon (Avalokiteshvara - Guan Yin). May you generate bodhicitta and wisdom asap and all wishes come true." 

What a pleasant surprise and touching gesture. Grateful to have friends who always think of me even when they're away. Thank you very much! Om mani padme hung!
